I'm a 29 year old biologist here and setting up my first fish tank in...well...quite some time. My first tank was way back when I was a kid and I don't think my parents really knew what they were doing with it. Our fish kept dying. Heh.
Anyway, at the moment, I have a 30 gallon planted aquarium. Wish I had gone larger!
I only have 2 panda garas in the tank at the moment, but plan on getting a few angelfish, some more garas, and some guppies.
I live in Fredericksburg, VA and am still looking for a good
LFS in the area, as the one here is absolutely disgusting (Maru Pets).
Ya'll have a great forum and I look forward to interacting with you all as I get another (larger) fish tank in the future and possibly set up a salt one as well!
I eventually would like to get chichlids after I determine if I can handle some regular fish.
