Smile Hello from South Yorkshire

hi everyone
I am new to this site but have been keeping fish for years. I currently have a 60L platy tank with a very fertile adult orange female (no surprise there!), a randy calico adult male, 11 surviving fry from 3 births (I practice survival of the fittest and fastest!) and more on the way!
Currently setting up 30L (fishless cycling) to accommodate next influx of fry.
Hope to get some tips and advice and hope I will be able to pass on my experiences too. Am not an expert, more an enthusiastic amateur.
Looking forward to some lively, humerous and informative exchanges
