well here is a bit about my set up.

i got a sweet deal on a 60 gal. i inherited about 15 fish, a small filter, 1 heater, 1 live plant, a fake rock and fake log, blue gravel, and some fake stuff.

wanting to go completly the other way. wanting natural substrate, driftwood, and live plants and moss.

but before i start on anything else i have to work on getting the ammonia down, a new canopy with a better light setup, and more time!!

well if you have driftwood, plants etc you think i might need send me a pm.

As for the blue gravel, if you're looking to replace that, I'd suggest PFS (pool filter sand).

tank is cycling right now before i buy any major league fish. i took a sample in to a friend that owns a lfs shop and he analyzed it and i have high ammonia levels. i am running carbon in my filter system and added 2 bottles of fritz 7 to get the bacteria jump started. i will get another test done tomorrow before i leave for a week of work. then ill be on it again in 7 days when i get home
