My dad has recently been getting really into aquariums; he spent 6 months building a 3D backing for his 120 gallon cichlid tank. After seeing his final results I decided to buy a used aquarium myself off of craigslist which I am currently getting ready to start cycling and setting up. Foolishly, I bought a hexagon tank
Trying to do my research and make the best of it as a starter tank though!
My interests thus far are in easy plants (java moss, cryptocoryne, etc.) and community tanks that have fish which utilize different vertical spaces. I'm sure as I learn more my interests will change however!
