Hi, I had a quick question... I have a 5.5 gallon possibly a 6 gallon tank sitting in my dresser. I was wondering what fish I could put in there I have a filter and a heater and lots of live plants and hiding places. I don't want a Betta I already have a happy one in a 3 gallon tank and u was widening what I could put in the 6 gallon. I was thinking maybe 5 ember tetras and maybe 2 guppies or would that be over stocked if so maybe 5-6 ember tetras? Any other options? Tnx! Btw I can't get a bigger tank at the moment so please don't suggest that! Tnx! Please help!

Hi, and welcome to Aquarium Advice! 5 ember tetra's and 2 guppies would probably be overstocking the tank. Maybe going with 2 guppies could be a good idea. You're pretty limited with a 5 gallon, and I think going with some shrimp aswell could be a great idea.

What about only 5-6 ember tetras? Or is there any other fish other then a betta?
