help!! new here and confused!!

My husband set up.our tank awhile ago,all was great now we have lost a white Molly and two others look weird their eyes seem huge, seem lethargic one looks like it has white fuzzby tail. Our other fish seem fine. The marble loach has been s little weird jerky like swimming. The others like I said seem ok. We treated for ich. Water is about79-80.suggestions please!

How long ago was the tank set up? Did you cycle the tank before adding fish? Have you tested for ammonia, and nitrite?

What made you treat for ich? Like the other poster asked what are your water conditions? Also what type of filtration are you using? Hows your stock?
