Aquarium Advice Newbie
Alright, so my journey into aquatics started at work. To be completely honest I had 0 interest in fish until they offered me a raise to become the Aquatic Specialist. I started doing a TON of research (I am a bit of a nerd) and got the promotion. Then after a few months of working and learning about the fish I became interested in starting my own tank. I wasn't really ready for the investment part of it so I kind of put it off. Then one of our tank success kits went on SUPER sale and I got a 15 gallon tank with the filter, heater, and LED lighted hood for 7 dollars! I bought decorations and live plants(I love natural planted tanks!) , set it up then just started taking the free adoption fish home as they came in! Needless to say now I am hooked! I am looking for a cool LARGE tank currently so I can start growing and figured here would be a great place to get to know some other people In the hobby!
