Aquarium Advice Newbie
Hi everyone, thanks for having me.
I am a newbie to fish keeping hobby. I have bought a 30 g tank 2 weeks ago and currently its under going fishless cycling.
I am planning to keep tropical fishes with plants to give it a natural look and provide better environment for the fishes.
I will be adding new plants soon into my tank, as I read in many articles that adding plants during cycling helps.
Once the plants are comfortable and starts growing then i will add fishes into it.
I am planning to have hardy plants which dnt need high lights or co2 setup. I have done some research on internet and have come up with the following list:
anarchis
anuabias gold
baby tears
flame moss
hairgrass/microswords
amazon plant
riccia
and below are the fishes that I am planning to have
blushing angels
school of rasboras
blood fin tetra school/cardinal tetra school
bottom feeders (corydoras, red cherry shrimps, clown loach)
Any suggestions on what plants/fishes i should keep will be great.
I will be looking forward to all of your expert help to make my dream aquarium .
Thanks
