:welcome: to AA! :)

I don't like to be the bearer of bad news, but...

The two yellow tangs will eventually grow out the tank and need a bigger one, I think it's 80-90 minimum.
The goldfish (if fancy goldfish) will eventually need to be rehomed and only one can be kept in there if for the rest of its life with really good water changes.

Hi, welcome to the forum! If I was upgrading a 36 gallon, I would get a 125 gallon for the Tang. For Yellows, it is a constant debate about if the minimum tank size is 90g, or 125g. :) Have fun with your fish!

Thanks guys! i am starting to feel like i have a few too many tanks, so i may be re-homing my saltwater fish and goldfish. I might replace my gold fish with some type of shell-dweller, something that could stay in a 20-gal. any suggestions?
