Hi everyone, I'm new to this site but I've been keeping fish for almost 8 months now...I have 3 fish tanks (10 gallons, 30 gallons, 55 gallons) so far and I'm tempted to acquire more but it wouldn't be very feasible given my limited space...
Anyways, just thought I'd say 'hi' and ask a quick question. For my new 55 gallon tank I've decided to go "filterless" on it and cut all circulation. There's only a heater in there and its kept at 78F. It's fully planted and so far all readings are good. I have 5 kuhli loaches and 6 neon tetras in there for now.
No ammonia, no nitrites, pH is 6.2. Should I be worried about anything? I have 2 lighting units that add up to about 92 watts and 15,100
K. (By the way, what does the "
K" reading mean anyways in terms of lighting?)
