Aquarium Advice Newbie
Hi,
I'm Jon and have just got back into fishkeeping, well currently waterkeeping as no fish yet
My tank is a custom built 48"L x 18"D x 24"H at 350 Litres. The tank has a weir built in and the bottom is drilled where the 40mm waste pipe exits through the bottom of the tank and enters the sump for filtration.
The sump is 42" x 12" x 18" but i haven't calculated it's final running capacity.
I'm picking up some seeded media at the weekend and will then finish building the trickle tower and foam prefilter then the cycle begins
I'm planning to keep fw trop community to start with and then move to marines a few years down the line, everything has moved on a long way since i last kept fish and my previous tank was 18" x 12" x 15"
