Hi new to AA and the saltwater world

presently running a 14 gallon biocube saltwater, 46 gallon cichlid tank and cycling a RSM 250. I can't get the nitrates in the bio cube. In tank2 clowns a 6 line wrasse, flame scallop, wart rock aneome,red leg hermit, 2 peppermint shrimp, snails 6 small hermits and a filter clam
