The forums are broken down in categoris.

When you have a question, comment or whatever, go to the freshwater section. Then find the category that best fits your question. Such as "getting started" "sick fish" "planted tanks" etc.

Remember to include as much information about your aquarium when you ask a question, so other members can help you out faster.
