just a little about me

Hi, my name is Nancy. I am new to saltwater. I have had it up now for 4 weeks. So far it is good. just got past the brown algae stage.
I also have a 150 gallon African Cichlid tank it has been up for a year now.
i also have 2-55 gallon South American cichlid tank

Welcome! I love cichlids. I have a 55 with some convicts, a pair of Firemouth's and a bristlenose pleco. Would love to see pics of your Cichlid tanks!

Hi! I would get a cichlid tank if it didn't take away from a SW. Hahaha how big is your new salty tank?

my saltwater tank is a 75 gallon, i took down the 40 gallon tank i had up to make me a sump. (boyfriend is making it for me for Christmas )

75 gallon tanks are great for beginners. They are much more forgiving than nano tanks. It is smart that you are making a sump. They help a lot. Have fun!!!
