Well right now I only have flake food and frozen bloodworms. Would it be a waste getting brine shrimp for them and would I also want to get pellets?

I would give pellets a shot, as they are cheaper, but if after a day or two they don't eat, then try something else

And also would the bolivian rams eat neons because I have heard a few people say that they might

Also would they accept blanched lettuce or zucchini that I put on a clip in the aquarium for them

Yea, they will, Bolivians only grow to be 3-4 inches Long so, not a problem
