Cool New Gal in Town!
Hi everyone!

My name is Annalee and I am very new to this whole fish and aquarium thing.

I live here in beautiful Tennessee, but am originally a California native.

I moved out here 8 months ago to be with my husband who is in the Army and is stationed at Ft. Campbell.

He deployed in August and I suddenly found myself yearning for a little companionship ... So, I bought some goldfish and a fish tank.

Our apartment has a "no pets" rule, but a fish tank and some pretty little goldfish seemed to be ok with the apartment managers.

I found this awesome site while searching for info on goldfish and how to care for them. I've been lurking for about 2 days now and have realized what great advice this place has to offer .. So, here I am!

I look forward to exploring this site more, getting some great advice/info and getting to know all you lovely people better.

Best of luck to you, and thanks for being a military spouse. I myself got back from Afghanistan a couple of months ago--my fish kept my wife company while I was gone
