Hi all!

I'm new to aquariums and after a disastrous run with two black moors, I've switched over to freshwater tropical fish. Goldfish were just too dirty!

My setup right now is:

10 gallon tank with a filter
Heater
Fake plants for now
Some decorations

Fish:

1 peppered Cory
1 bronze Cory
5 neon tetras
1 glo tetra: he was an accidental ride along. He seems to be doing well with the neons
1 ghost shrimp: accidental as well

Any advice? Would I be able to get a few more corys?

I'm hoping to switch over to at least a 20 gallon tank soon and make the 10 gallon tank an awesome betta home!

Thanks for any advice you all have!

Hi and welcome! I'd wait until you upgrade to the 20 before you add more fish. Then I'd add three more of each of the cory types and a 4-5 more of the glowlight tetras.

Here is my tank. I know it's fake looking but I'm not quite ready to tackle plants and what not. Hopefully soon though!
