Hi there! I am new to this forum. I have recently started keeping an aquarium (freshwater) again. It's been a while since my last aquarium, and I'm sure there are some new things going on.
I currently have a 50 gallon aquarium that I have put sand in this weekend, so it's still very cloudy. I got this tank used and so the fish came with it. Unfortunately, the tank is having to be cycled again so I've lost a few fish. I'm hoping the others stay around because I really enjoy having them. I am hoping to use very little chemicals to cycle it. While the sand settles down in the tank, I have the fish in a 5 gallon bucket so that they won't be so stressed out by the cloudiness. The fish I have are: 3 Kuhli loaches, a gourami, a dwarf puffer fish, and an african cichlid (yellow-orange in color. I'm unsure right now the exact breed).
I hope to learn new things and give and get advice.
