Aquarium Advice FINatic
Hello gang. As the title states, I'm new here. Little background about myself:
My dad was really big into aquariums before I was around. When I was young we had a 55 gal tank in our living room. So I've always had a bit of a "fish bug". So, fast forward to me moving out on my own and getting a little bored with no pets. I took over a 29 gal tank, and set it up for smaller fish. I put gravel substrate in and some plants here and there, and off I went.
I'm currently looking into ways to make my tank better. I'm looking into LED lighting for the features (ramping light up and down, moonlight effects) and light output. I've been lurking here for less than 48 hours and I already want to try a DIY CO2 system and DIY root tabs.
The future for me includes a 55 or 75 gal tank (planted of of course) so I am looking into ways to make the best tank setup I possibly can. Thanks for reading. Hope to hear from you all in the future!
