new member with 35g hex tank.

iv been doing some reading and salt water and hex tanks just dont seem to work without dealing with flow issues and what not. and its a crazy amount of info to absorb. So i was thinking fresh water, maybe some plants and a moss wall on the back with some small schooling fish.

that was just what i had in mind , dont know if its possible or not but that's what im hear to learn

my hood has a 150w MH in it and as of right now i have no filter so i will have to buy a suitable filter.

That's a lot of light! You could go SW and keep jellyfish in the hex but that'd be a difficult species. lol Are you thinking a HOB or canister filter.

i would like a canister filter just to keep the back clean but im not picky, the panels are only 10" so it would have to be a smaller hob filter.
