new! need help!

im new here (of coarse) i have a guppy tank and a species cichlid tank i am starting a community 29gal with the following

-10 neon tetra
-2 rams
-2 dwarf gouramis
-2 pearl gouramis

how do i lower the ph and dgh?

most fish will adapt to a diffeerent ph than there used to,and a stable ph is better than a perfect one.
