new to group

Hello everyone. I have a 65g reef tank, about 3 years old.

Equipment
Emperor 400 filter
Aquarium systems skimmer
Aqua clear 30
Hydor power head
CoralLife lights 1 54w actinic, 1 10,000 ho t5
Heater

Livestock:
2 clowns
3 barred dart goby
Firefish
Engineer goby
Cleaner goby
Lawnmower blenny
Chromis ( the others were killed, my guess is a major bristol worm problem )
Conch
4 sexy shrimp
Scallop
Hermits
Snails
Rbta & pizza anenome

Coral:
Torch & candy cane
Leather
Red Mushroom
Button polyp
Zoa
Kenya tree
Bubble

I'm wanting to do a light upgrade asap, then a sump with fuge maybe??

Let me know what you think and what I can do to make the tank better.

Also have 60lbs live sand and 50lbs live rock
