Hi everyone, I’m fairly new to Aquarian’s I’ve had a tank for a 2 years with a few live plants and 6 Neon tetras. I recently got cyano bacteria that got pretty bad. I cleaned it out and stirred it up and vacuumed the gravel and it killed all of my fish including the Otto in 48 hours after I cleaned it. I decided to restart so I cleaned my tank and replaced my substrate to a plant substrate and I notice the blue green algae is trying to recolonize. I currently have no fish in the tank just plants. Should I attempt using hydrogen peroxide or just use chemiclean?
Thank you for any advice!

Thank you! I just put the first dose of chemiclean in about 2 hours ago and the algae is starting to produce bubbles, so it appears it is working
