Good morning, everyone! Just stopping here to say hi, I'm completely new to fish tanks (well...doing them right. I had one when I was a tween more than a decade ago, but I didn't know anything back then), and I want to make sure I get it right this time for the happiest/healthiest fish I can possibly have. I have a 5 gallon fluval spec V on my desk, and I plan to put a betta in it once it's cycled.

Thank you! I have been reading the (almost) complete guide to cycling your tank and following that so far. I did post a thread under "general discussion" regarding some white fuzz all over my tank, but nobody has replied yet. =\ Hopefully later, heh! ^^;;
