Hi everyone. I'm a teacher and mom in South Jersey. My classroom had a blue Betta fish named "Blueberry" last year in a 5 gallon. In the course of researching how to take care of it I got bitten by the "bug".
I just got a 55 or 60 gallon tank and stand from Craigslist. However, hubby is not thrilled and I have to do a thorough spring cleaning before I can set it up. Then I have to keep up the house for a month if I want actual fish. Sigh...,
So I ordered and bought equipment as suggested by this forum. My janitorial strength ammonia from Ace Hardware is ready to go once my filters and heaters get here in the mail. Can't wait to set it up.
