noob that needs help

Hello all I am going to be a Senior next year in Texas that has a 20gallon freshwater aquarium with a pleco and 7 tetras and need help with my set up. Hope you guys can all help me out!!

update: I am done posting it is called neon tetra shock after adding in water. I also had a few more questions in there. Hope you all can help!
