Oh my!

It looks like a tumor although I'm doubting it a little because I don't think they grow that fast I'm not sure. It might be parrisites

I think that was an infertile egg mass and she passed it which is very good she should be fine now

Is the mass gone now?

What kind of wound?

Does the fish have any red worms?

I can't tell very well there in the pic, other than it looks sore.

Keep the water quality perfect 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite and under 30 Nitrates and Keep doing pwc very frequently, keeping the water as good as possible. If it looks worse in a day or so then it would mean medicated treatment.

Well if it is an infertile egg mass then she's past the most diffucult part for her.
