Hi everyone! So I have three red bellied piranhas for about 3 months now, and everything has been wonderful! Yesterday I noticed a white spot on one of my ps and it has gotten bigger its just one on the side of his head I guess maybe on the gill closest. It does appear to be raised but not furry. He has another spot on his head but I think it's from swimming to quickly. I've been trying to get a picture but he's very camera shy and swims away from me. He's acting normal very active and eating alot still! I just am not sure what this spot is! Can anyone help me! With an idea even of what it could be?Thank you!!

Sounds like it could be a bacterial infection.

Can you try to get a picture? Even a few blurry ones are better than nothing. Trust me my fish are definitely NOT camera shy, but my camera sucks so most of my pictures are blurry.

Here's a picture! It's the white patch if you can see!

Thank you! Do you know what to do to help treat it? How long will it take? And what causes this.
