Porcupine puffer question

I am a few weeks away from starting a 90 gallon saltwater FOWLR aquarium. I have seen many mixed reviews on putting a porcupine puffer in that size of tank. I have seen required tank sizes from 75 to 180 gallons. I would love to hear from others who currently have or had experience with that fish in your 90 gallon tank. How large did it actually get? I am planning on putting a Picasso trigger, yellow tang and clown fish in there also. What order would you suggest for putting the fish in the tank? I greatly appreciate any advice you can give?

You're gonna need to double your tank size for the puffer and trigger. They get BIG. My LFS has a full grown one, it's amazing.
