Hi all, I'm Val, in Missouri with a 55
gal. tank. Love watching my 6 fish and bristle nose (whatever it's called) algea eater.
For 4 months of the years it's really cold here. There isn't anywhere in the house I can re-locate my tank to that isn't plaqued by sunlight or blocking a heat register. Green algea and black mold abundance tll Spring.
Yellow algea eater doing the best he can, internal and external filters, aerator just can't keep up.
Fish in real good health but I can't keep loosing the algea battle. Anybody want some fish...free to good home
