I'm returning to fish keeping after years (almost 40!) of not having tanks. Recently set up a natural planted 10g for a Betta, a few neons, 2 ADF and some Amano shrimp. Found a lot of useful info here as I'm getting my feet wet back in the hobby, so I joined.

Hello Everyone

Great to have you here at the community. Lots of things have changed from 40 years ago. And so much better and the variety is amazing. Just Bettas have changed tremendously in the last 10 years. So much fun, so many interesting things. I like dwarf shrimp quite a bit. They don't take up too much room and are fairly easy to raise - Cherry shrimp are great beginner shrimp.

Amano are really interesting because you can see them easier since they are bigger!
