That's an interest of mine as well. I'm looking for altolamps and/or lion's head to go in my river tank but no luck yet. Tank is still a work in progress really. I was thinking of upgrading to this centrifugal pump for whitewater but then I saw a video in a German lfs that had an amazing more gravity fed system which would be great in my backyard but then I'd have to do native species as I live in New England
