So, I had fish when I was a teenager, about 20 years ago. I have no idea quite why, but I found myself buying an aquarium a couple of days ago and am in the process of setting it up.
I have no regrets about doing it (yet), but the sudden desire to have a tank in my living room seems kind of odd. Oh well
I'm planning on setting up the tank and letting it settle for a week or so before slowly stocking it with fish. I want corydoras and angel fish. I'm currently freaking out about how earthquake safe my tank is, but I figure that if I worry about things like that, I'll never have a fish tank at all.
I've been checking through this forum and the people here seem pretty good and helpful. I suspect that I'll be on here a lot in the next few weeks.
