Sick dwarf frog, treatment?

I walked into the living room the other day to find my betta and frogs squirming at the bottom. The tank had sprung a leak and drained down to half an inch. Because they would eat my guppies i placed them in a floating divider in my guppy tank. Now one front limb is showing red and one hind limb (may have been bit) but what is really concerning are the white bumps all over him. Some have red rings. He is in a antifungal bath for now. All ideas are welcome. Please help me save my frog!

Other than the antifungal remedy, it is possible to put a teeny tiny bit of aquarium salt in the water along with that. Any residual bacteria will be killed. Sort of a double precaution. Hope your frog heals quickly
