Snail jelly/jello!

Well, I got the tums and I did it. Made my own snail jelly.

I got a great big handful of baby spinach from the freezer (fresh leaves frozen) and put it in a saucepan with a cup of water. Once it defrosted and started boiling, I got my stick blender and made a spinach soup. Added two tablespoons of gelatine, whisked. Then added the crushed tums and algae wafers. It set pretty quick in the fridge. About an hour. I added some pieces to the tank just now, and the snail and goldfish fry were on it so fast!

Thanks for the idea. It's fantastic! Click image for larger version
