I'm 2 yrs into fish, but one year into a real proper aquarium, albeit on smaller end: started with 10 gallon and now 29 gallon. Started into fish to help our child have a pet; although this is now my interest projected through our child who enjoys the colors and mourns the loss of fish intensely; (we have lost many until 6 months ago when the tide changed and SUCCESS!).
Still then, learning the basics and happily enjoying watching fish, and full of doubts and questions: I'm gloriously ignorant though I do read up a lot. Nothing however beats fresh, real and personal experience based guidance and feedback in this fun endeavour.
So you will all be my guides and teachers as I navigate this and learn with the aim to get a 55 gallon tank next hahahahaha
