1/4 HP Ecoplus Water Chiller

Looking at this chiller but can't find much about it, anybody know about this brand? Any help would be appreciated.

Does any one have suggestions? I hve a 95 gal pentagon and only need to lower 3-4 degrees, I was looking at the Ecoplus because of price 4-5 hundred( I don't have a lot to spend but in the chiller world this not a lot).
