20 gal heater recommendations

I need a new heater for my 20 gal freshwater tank, but when I look at all the options I get overwhelmed because there is so much out there. Currently I am using the one that came with the tank when I set it up a year ago and it has gotten the job done so far, but I would really like to replace it because it isn't very accurate. I have to turn it all the way down to keep it at a good temperature or else it would overheat the tank. I want a good quality heater that should last but I also want something fairly affordable. I would prefer not to spend more than 30 dollars if possible and 35 would be my max cut off point. Does anyone have any suggestions? And if so, please let me know where I can get them. (I am open to ordering online.) Thanks!

Visi-Therm Stealth. It's the only brand that I buy. Much cheaper if you buy online versus the lfs. Ours ask between $40 to $50.

Amen on the VisiTherm Stealth; very stable temps, sturdy and inconspicuous (except for the bright red adjuster knob-why do they do that?)
