46 gallon bowfront

Hello, so im perusing the marketplace and i came across this tank, with this small chip in the back. Post claims it holds water. Would this chip worry anyone? Would it be able to be easily (low budget) filled to reinforce and reassure its stability? Or is this chip just asking for problems
This is the only picture i have, from the listing

100$ tank and stand, so part of my says a deals a deal, but i dont want to have to put money into repairs, as we dont necessarily neeeed another tank

Honestly looks fine to me. For $100 it is probably worth a shot. I will say I am always wary of buying used tanks. I've heard too many horror stories of seemingly sturdy used tanks blow out unexpectedly.
