55/65w AH supply vs 130w jebo light 24"

I'm wondering, what would be better? I'm realizing more and more that even though this light is rated for 130W, the bulbs are really close together, and I think there's alot of restrike. I'm wondering if I do a AH supply retrofit, would I be increasing the light, decreasing, or just reducing the amount of energy while keeping around the same amount of light?

Nevermind, I'll eventually be retrofitting it with leds, or making my own fixture.
