AC110 Making Weird Noise

Hello!
I'm not sure if this is the right thread to ask this question. But I'll post it here for now. I just set up my 55g tank and my ac110 filter is making a very obnoxious noise. It'l like a loud buzzing/humming noise and it stops if I put light pressure on the back. Could this be an issue with the leveling device? What should I try to fix this? Thanks!

You could try removing the impeller, cleaning it, and putting it back. Or sometimes just taking it out and putting it back it works. I don't think it has anything to do with the leveling device.
When you apply light pressure, is it applied on the motor or the filter box? I find that the lid can create noise as well. I either remove it completely or place it on slightly askew.
