Hi guys!
So I've had my 370L set up for some time now and it's coming along well.
It's a lightly planted tank (will be adding more plants this afternoon) and has a couple of pieces of driftwood and some ornaments. The substrate is white sand on one side and dark gravel on the other.
The tank is an AquaOne 150 and I'm just running the standard filter, however with so many fish and white sand it's super hard to keep the sand and water looking nice and clean! I do a 30-50% water change weekly but it's hard to clean the sand. I'm thinking of adding a second filter, I was just wondering what your opinions were? Whether it would be a good idea or not, why/why not, and if so what brand of filter should I use?
My current stocking is:
9 x neon tetras
9 x cherry barbs
1 x black ghost knife fish
1 x bristle nose catfish
3 x pearl gouramis
1 x rainbow shark
2 x Bolivian rams
I'm thinking of adding another BN too, but if you can suggest some sand-cleaning fish I'd appreciate it!
Thanks guys!
