Am I stuck with my hood?

I've got this hood (Fluval Aquarium Sets) and it's looking a bit aged. I've tried looking for a replacement hood but cannot find any! I want a higher lighting than the 2x30w originally installed so am not looking for a "spare" replacement, is the only option to buy a new setup?

Yeah, without upgrading fixtures, you can't provide more light. What size tank is this? A 2 bulb T5HO fixture would probably be your best bet.

It's 40" x 15" x 15", 180L/39G. I'm trying to establish a planted tank and the lighting supplied doesn't seem sufficient (1.5w per G) as some of the plants I hope to grow apparently need lighting more near 2w per G.
