Anyone using THEO submersibles?

I need to heat the 55 gallon I'll be setting up in a few weeks and my stand-by Ebo Jagers aren't quite what they used to be (what's the deal with this "not fully submersible nonsense they're peddling?)

Anyway, I want to go the submersible route, and I'm looking at these Theo heaters. Anyone have experience with 'em, good or bad?
