Aquaplanner pro.

There might be a "lite" version for free but I just bought it. If I remember correctly it was only like $1.

You can set reminders for everything. I have them for ferts and water changes. But I usually remember anyway lol. And you can save pics and notes of your different fish and have your whole stock saved so you can keep track of it all. It's pretty cool. You can keep track of plants too
