Aquarium glass joints flawed? Return to store?

I bought this Aqueon 75 gallon aquarium and it had been leak tested with no issues. The problem I see is the side pane of glass is not square with the front and back. The top half of the side pane is square with front and back, however the bottom half gradually slopes outward. See the attached pictures.

Is this a flaw that could cause a catastrophic leak later on? Worth returning to lfs?
