AquaticLife Fixture - Missing 4 Frame Mounts?

I finally received my 36" AquaticLife Dual T5HO Fixture in the mail.

But it looks like I am missing the 4 frame mounts. The packaging states it is included.

I repacked the fixture in the box and it has a very snugg fit. No room for any additional parts.

Am I overlooking something here? Are the frame mounts inside the fixture?

I bought a 48" t5 from aquaticlife but not sure where they packaged the frame mounts, I think they may have been inside the fixture. But if they didn't come with it call aquaticlife up they will send them out to you no problem. There customer support is great and it should be for how much they sell their fixtures for
