Just spent $75 bucks on this water changer that attaches to the sink so I could get my 55 gallon back up and running with out having to pick up 5 gallon buckets ( currently pregnant so that's a no go) but I can not for the life of me get this thing to suction like its suppose to so I can clean my dirty gravel. Help?

Yes we had the water on full blast but now I'm thinking the flow still isn't good enough. I'm not sure it will reach to our hose outside I will have to check that out.

make sure all the nuts on the valve assembly are tight. the least bit of air will kill the suction. I assume the valve on both ends is set properly? one time I did not have the valve on the vacuum end set properly
