I got this set-up, minus the stand for FW.

It comes with two hoods with 45 LEDs each, but there is no rating on them. Does anyone know/have this aquarium and find the light good enough for plant growth?
I got a fishneedit 4x52 T5HO and it's too bright, so it's gotta go. If I can get by with LED, I will, but I'm going to go with T8 if not.
