I want to replace a Tetra submersible 50w heater that doesn't have a temp control with something relatively cheap but good. On Amazon there's a few options such has the Via Aqua here:

ViaAqua 50-Watt Quartz Glass Submersible Heater with Built-In Thermostat
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B005440HLO/ref=cm_sw_r_an_am_ap_am_us?ie=UTF8

The background of my tank is black so I'd prefer a black heater to blend in. I have a black Aqueon Pro 50 in my other tank but they're a bit pricey. Id like to stay under $20.

Thanks

I have a viaaqua. I don't remember the name of the model but it's got the external LCD temp control. Have 0 complaints about it thus far. Been running a month or so
